Getting Started with Equipoise

Welcome to Equipoise! This guide walks you through setting up your account and getting your organization ready to sell products, host events, and engage with your audience.

Creating Your Account

Step 1: Choose Your Plan

1. Visit our pricing page at equipoi.se/join
2. Compare the Starter, Growth, Professional, and Organization plans
3. Click Select on your chosen plan
4. Select monthly or annual billing (annual saves money!)

Step 2: Enter Your Details

1. Enter your email address
2. Create a secure password
3. Provide your organization name
4. Add your contact information

Step 3: Complete Payment (Paid Plans)

• Free Starter plan: Proceed directly to email confirmation
• Paid plans: Enter your payment details
• Trial users: No payment required until trial ends

Step 4: Confirm Your Email

After creating your account, you'll see a "Check Your Email" page. Open your inbox and click the confirmation link, then click Confirm my email on the page that opens to activate your account. If you don't see the email, check your spam folder or use the Resend confirmation email link on the page. Your account stays in a pending state until you confirm — confirming activates it and takes you straight into the onboarding wizard.

The Welcome Wizard

After confirming your email, you'll be redirected to the Welcome page with guided setup steps:

Step 1: Complete Your Profile

• Add your organization description
• Set your time zone and currency in Settings > General > Regional Settings
• Configure basic settings

Step 2: Brand Your Account

• Upload your logo
• Set your brand colors
• Add a banner image

Step 3: Choose Your Features

• Tick what you'll use: Online Store, Ticketing, Email Marketing, Donations, In-Person POS

Step 4: Connect Payments

• Link your account for payouts
• Complete the verification process
• Start accepting payments!

Step 5: Invite Your Team (if applicable)

• See who's already on your team
• After setup, add team members and choose what each can do under Users

Navigating the Dashboard

Main Sections

• Home: Overview and quick stats
• Products: Manage your catalog
• Events: Create and manage events
• Orders: View and process orders
• CRM: Contacts and community management
• Account > Settings: Account configuration

Quick Links

The dashboard home ends with quick links to Account Settings, Manage Users,
Contacts, Tags, and Help Articles (plus Analytics, Accounting, Tasks, and others
when you have access), and each feature card has its own button, such as
Manage Products or Manage Events.

Once onboarding is complete:

1. Explore the dashboard - Familiarize yourself with features
2. Add products/events - Build out your catalog
3. Set up shipping - Configure shipping rates
4. Test checkout - Place a test order
5. Share your store - Start promoting!
