Browsing Products

Categories

Products are organized into categories. On a computer, pick one from the Categories list beside the products; on a phone or tablet, swipe the row of category chips above the products and tap one.

Search

Use the search bar to find products by name or description. Search results can be filtered by:

Sorting

Sorting and filtering on a phone

On a phone or tablet, tap Filter beside the item count. A panel rises from the bottom of the screen with everything in one place:

As you choose, the button at the bottom tells you how many products will show ("Show 9 items"), or says "No matches" if nothing fits. Tap it to see them. Each filter you've applied, your search included, then appears as a small chip beside the item count — tap a chip's × to remove just that filter, or open the panel and tap Clear to start over. To close the panel without changing anything, tap the dimmed page above it or the × in its corner.

Seeing more

A large shop shows its products in batches. Below the products you'll see how many you've seen so far ("You've seen 24 of 61") and a Show more button that adds the next batch underneath, without losing your place. If you open a product and go back, everything you'd loaded is still there.

Product Pages

Each product page puts what you need to decide first:

On a phone, a ‹ link at the top takes you back to the product's
category (or the shop).

Adding to Cart

  1. Select any variant options. On many products you tap a colour (or pick it from a list), then a size button (a sold-out size is crossed out, and a line under the options says what's left to choose; tap your size again to change your mind); others offer a dropdown
  2. Set the quantity with − and + (or type it)
  3. Click Add to Cart
  4. A panel opens showing what you added. Tap Checkout to go straight to payment, or Keep shopping to carry on browsing

The panel stays open until you close it. If the shop offers free
shipping over a certain amount, it shows how far you are from it, and it
may suggest one more item you can add with a single tap (+ Add). Your
cart is always one tap away on the cart icon.

On a phone, once you scroll past the Add to Cart button a slim bar
stays at the bottom of the screen with the price, your choice and its
own Add to Cart. If you haven't picked a colour or size yet — or
the product lets you name your price and you haven't typed one — it
takes you back up to do that first instead of adding. A price you've
already typed stays where it is.

Checkout Process

  1. Tap Checkout in your cart (or in the panel that opens when you add something)
  2. On the payment page, enter your email for the receipt
  3. If anything ships, enter your shipping address and choose a delivery option
  4. Add a discount code or a small donation, if you like
  5. Enter your card details and tap Pay — or, on a free order, Complete order

On a phone or browser with Apple Pay or Google Pay, tap it at the top of the page — it fills your shipping address if anything ships (and your email, if you're not signed in). (A few made-to-order items are priced by your full street address, so those orders pay by card.)

You'll receive a confirmation email with your order details and tracking information once shipped.

After You Pay

You land on a thank-you page with a note from the seller, your order
number and a full receipt. If you bought a download, a Download
button appears right there — it can take a few seconds to prepare, and
the link is always in your email too. Orders that ship show their
progress (Ordered, Shipped, Delivered), and you may see the seller's
next show. The download button only appears in the browser you bought
in (or when you're signed in to your account); anywhere else, use the
link in your email.
