Unified Checkout
You can add products, event tickets, and donations to the same cart and pay for
everything in one transaction.
How It Works
- Browse and add items — Add products from the store, tickets from events, or donations from any donation page
- Review your cart — See all items grouped by type: Products, Tickets, and Donations
- One payment — Enter your payment information once for the entire order
- One confirmation — Receive a single receipt with all items listed
Tax and Shipping
- Tax is worked out automatically where the seller collects it — see Understanding Tax at Checkout for how it's worked out for products, tickets, and in-person sales
- Donations are tax-exempt — no sales tax is added to charitable gifts
- Shipping applies only to physical products — digital products and tickets don't require shipping
- Tickets and donations have no shipping charges
Free Orders
If your order comes to $0.00 — a free ticket or download, or a discount code
that takes everything off — the payment page shows no card form. Enter your
email for the receipt (and your shipping address and a delivery option, if
anything ships), then tap Complete order. Until those are in, a line
under the button says what it is waiting for. Your confirmation, tickets or
download link go to that email. Signed in, they go to your account email.
If you choose a delivery option that costs money, the page moves on to card
payment and a note there tells you the new total.
Card payments must be at least $0.50. If a code leaves less than that to pay,
remove the code or add something to your order.
Fee Coverage for Donations
When you give through a donation page and your cart holds only donations,
you'll see an option to "cover processing fees." This ensures 100% of your
donation reaches the organization. The quick donation offered on the payment
page beside other items doesn't include it.
