Viewing Product Media
Products may include images, videos, and audio samples to help you make informed decisions.
Product Images
Viewing Images
- Click any product to see its main image
- Look for thumbnail images below the main image
- Click thumbnails to view different angles or variants
- On a phone, swipe the photo left or right instead; the dots under it show which image you're on
- Choosing a size or colour shows that option's images; Show all images (or Show all colors) brings the rest back
Zooming
- Click or tap the main image (look for the magnifier in its corner) to view it full-size
- Use the arrows — or the ← and → keys — to step through the other images
- Tap the image, tap outside it, press Esc, or use the close button to go back
Product Videos
Some products include demonstration or promotional videos.
Playing Videos
- Look for the play button overlay on video thumbnails
- Click to start playback
- Videos may be embedded from YouTube or Vimeo
Video Controls
- Play/pause
- Volume control
- Fullscreen option
- Progress bar for seeking
Audio
Music products include a player on the product page. Tracks play in
full — these are not clipped previews.
Playing Audio
- Look for the audio player on the product page
- Press play to start the first track — or tap Listen under the product's name, which plays (and pauses) the same player without scrolling down to it
- When there is more than one track, click any title in the list to jump straight to it
- A finished track advances to the next one automatically
You can also use the player's own controls to pause, seek, or change the
volume, and some sellers publish playlists — a single, an EP or a live set
with its own page.
Media Loading Issues
If media isn't loading:
- Check your connection - Ensure you have stable internet
- Refresh the page - Sometimes a simple refresh helps
- Try a different browser - Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge
- Disable ad blockers - Some may block video embeds
Mobile Viewing
All media is optimized for mobile viewing:
- Images resize for your screen
- Videos play inline or fullscreen
