Frequently Asked Questions

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and link.
You can also view tracking information in your account under Orders.
Click on any order to see its current status and tracking details.

Orders can't be changed from your account once they're placed. Contact the seller as
soon as possible with your order number — they can cancel or refund the order from
their side if it hasn't been fulfilled yet.

Orders can't be cancelled from your account. Contact the seller before your order
ships and they can cancel it for you. Once an order has shipped, you'll need to
initiate a return instead.

Shipping options and delivery times are set by each seller, and you'll see the
options they offer at checkout. Print-on-demand
items may take an additional 2-3 days for production.

Currently, checkout ships to addresses in the United States only.

Sign in, open Orders, and choose the order you need. The order page has an invoice
you can download, itemising what you bought, what you paid, and the seller's details —
which is what expense claims and tax records generally want.

No — the invoice is produced once payment goes through, because until then there is
nothing to invoice. Checkout shows you the full breakdown of items, quantities and
totals before you commit, and that is what to work from in the meantime.

If you need a formal quote or a purchase order first, contact the seller directly —
that is between you and them rather than something the platform issues.
