Frequently Asked Questions
/account/library is the member's single pane that shows every paid thing they have
access to — memberships, digital downloads, and ticket stubs — regardless of which
merchant provided them. It's sorted newest-first with tags showing each row's source.
Sign in and visit /account/memberships. For structured courses, click "Course
progress" to see your percent complete across every course, with Continue buttons
pointing at the next unfinished lesson.
You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. After that, your
entitlement expires and the gated content is no longer visible. You can re-subscribe
at any time to regain access.
A subscription is any recurring payment you have with a creator — a monthly
donation, a membership tier, or any other recurring product. A membership
is a specific kind of subscription that unlocks extra content for you (members-only
posts, videos, courses, etc.). You can see everything you're paying on your
Subscriptions page; you can see what you have access to on your Memberships page.
